How the Tensioner Fits In

The tensioner is the first tool in the sealed strapping method. Wrap the strap around the load, feed it into the tensioner and pull the strap tight, then hold the tension while you secure the joint. From there, an open seal crimped with a poly strap crimper locks the joint, using open seals sized to the strap. The tensioner works with poly hand strapping, and the heavy duty model also tensions PET strapping up to 19mm.
